SERVICES CANCELED FOR TWO WEEKS
Fr. Diran and the Parish Council regret to inform our community that due to a positive Covid diagnosis amongst our St. Leon family in the last few days, church services will be canceled for the next two weeks.
While the diagnosis may appear to be an isolated incident, Fr. Diran and the Parish Council have consulted with our parish's medical team, who have deemed the cancelation necessary out of an abundance of caution to ensure the health and safety of our community.
Divine Liturgy on Sunday February 28 and Sunday March 7, as well as Lenten Services on Friday March 5 have been canceled. Those deemed at risk of exposure and in close contact with the positive case will be contacted privately by parish leadership.
We pray for all members of our community who have been impacted by the global pandemic, and ask the Lord to continue to protect our community and shine a guiding light over us.
PARISH ASSEMBLY INFO MAILED
In an effort to provide a meeting platform which will include both virtual and in-person attendance, as well as voting, the Parish Council has rescheduled the Parish Assembly that was slated to be held last weekend, to Sunday March 14.
Fr. Diran and the Parish Council have adopted a dual-platform format, allowing dues-paying members to attend and vote virtually, or in person. Full details on the meeting, as well as the process through which members can attend and vote, have been mailed to all eligible members.
The Parish Council apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused, and looks forward to seeing you in the coming weeks.

The entire St. Leon community is in our prayers during these challenging times. If you are able, we ask that you continue to support our parish.
Virtual Plate Collection
If you have already donated, we thank you for your generosity. We continue to fulfill the ministries of our parish, and foster to the needs of our family.
